What you'll accomplish

You'll set up a Claude Project that knows your specialty, your facilities' style preferences, and your personal terminology notes — so instead of hunting through scattered Word documents and sticky notes, you ask your assistant a question and it searches your own uploaded files to answer it.

What you'll need

  • Claude Pro subscription — {{tool:Claude.price}} ({{tool:Claude.plan}}) — required for Projects feature
  • Your existing reference files: terminology lists, facility style guides, physician preference notes (any format: .txt, .pdf, .docx, .md)
  • Time needed: 45-60 minutes initial setup; 2-3 min per query after that

Step 1: Sign Up for Claude Pro

  1. Go to {{tool:Claude.url}} and sign in or create an account
  2. Click on your profile and upgrade to Pro — required for the Projects feature
  3. Once upgraded, click Projects in the left sidebar

What you should see: A "Projects" section in the sidebar with a New project button.
